The development comprised of 2 apartment block buildings (Nibu & Palko) consisting of 21 commercial tenancies throughout ground floor and Level 1, then 5 levels of high-end residential apartments- 61 in Palko and 26 in Nibu. The development also has 2 levels of basement car park.
Phase 4 Electrical & Data delivered the Electrical, Communications and Security services for the project. Works included:
