A&A is a residential mixed-use development located on 35 & 45 Furzer Street Phillip.
The development comprised of:
- The redevelopment of the Alexander Building into a residential building with ground-floor retail areas.
- The redevelopment of the Albemarle Building into a residential building with ground-floor retail areas.
- Demolition of existing Alexander building annex and construction of carpark with attached commercial units.
- Demolition of existing Albemarle building annex and construction of a carpark with attached commercial units and childcare centre.
Phase 4 Electrical & Data delivered the Electrical, Communications and Security services for the project. Works included:
- In-ground services.
- Main switchboard & distribution boards.
- Power & lighting to apartments.
- House power & lighting.
- Power & lighting to commercial tenancies.
- Exit & Emergency lighting.
- Feature lighting.

- LV Earth mat.
- Access control.
