Atria Apartments

Atria Apartments is a mixed-use development in Kingston ACT. It consists of 142 apartments, 14 commercial tenancies and a 2-basement carpark.

Phase 4 Electrical & Data delivered the Electrical, Communications and Security services for the project. Works included:

- In-ground services.
- Main switchboard & distribution boards.
- House power & lighting.
- Power & lighting to commercial tenancies.
- Exit & Emergency lighting.

- LV Earth mat.
- Access control.
